When a customer requests free quotes, we match them with up to 4 verified providers who compete on price and service. You quote, you win the job, and you deal with the customer directly.

These Terms govern your registration and participation as a Service Provider ("Vendor," "You") on ShiftEazy. By registering, you agree to them.

1. Acceptance & eligibility. You confirm you are 18+, operate a legally registered business, and are authorised to accept these Terms.
2. Verification. Provide accurate business details and KYC documents (GST, PAN, registration, permits, insurance, ID) and keep them valid. Your "verified" status depends on this.
3. Nature of the relationship. You are an independent business, not our employee. ShiftEazy is only an aggregation and lead platform — we don't own trucks or handle goods. Participation is non-exclusive.
4. Leads & the model. We present up to 4 providers per customer request. We don't guarantee lead volume, conversions, or bookings.
5. Payments & subscription. Access to leads and platform services is offered through a subscription plan. Your subscription must be active to continue receiving leads. Customers pay you directly for the move — you handle your own pricing, GST invoices, and collection.
6. Your obligations. Give accurate quotes, honour your commitments, serve customers professionally, safely and on time, carry valid insurance, and resolve complaints promptly.
7. Customer data. Use lead details only to serve that customer. No spam, resale, or misuse. Comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
8. Prohibited conduct. No fraud, misrepresentation, fake reviews, harassment, or unlawful practice.
9. Ratings & quality. Customers rate your service. Poor performance or misconduct may reduce your leads or end your account.
10. Liability. The Platform is provided "as is." ShiftEazy is not liable for non-converting leads or for disputes between you and a customer, which you must resolve directly.
11. Suspension & termination. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations, fraud, repeated complaints, or expired documents.
12. Changes & governing law. We may update these Terms (effective 30 days after posting). They are governed by Indian law, with jurisdiction in the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana.

What we collect

Business and identity details, KYC documents, payment information, your service areas and routes, and how you use the Platform.

How we use it

To verify you, match you with relevant leads, process payments, communicate with you, monitor service quality, and meet legal and tax obligations.

What we share

Customers see your business name, contact details, service info, verified status, and ratings — never your KYC or financial details. We may share data with payment processors, verification partners, and authorities where the law requires. We do not sell your data.

Your responsibilities

Any customer data you receive must be used only to serve that customer, kept secure, and never resold or misused.

Security, retention & your rights

We apply reasonable safeguards and keep your data while your account is active and as the law requires. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, or raise a concern with our Grievance Officer.

[VERIFY] Add the named Grievance Officer's contact and your data-retention period (both expected under the DPDP Act, 2023 / IT Rules).

All payments made to Abhistada Logistics Services Private Limited (ShiftEazy) are non-refundable, unless specifically agreed in writing by the company. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Subscription charges
• Promotional fees
• Listing charges
• Advertising fees
• Lead generation fees
• Onboarding fees

No refund claims will be entertained once services have been activated.
